FACTS AND STATISTICS
Our hospital is located in the south-eastern part of Poland at the foot of the picturesque and wild Bieszczady Mountains.
The medical complex consists of thirteen divisions (411 beds), an emergency unit with four ambulances, a diagnostic centre, a rehabilitation centre and out-patient clinics.
We secure medical care for one hundred thousand inhabitants of the Sanok region, and for many tourists who require medical treatment while visiting our area.
The hospital of Sanok is on constant emergency call in the following specialties: cardiology, surgery, neurology, vascular surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics, gynaecology, neonatology, orthopaedic surgery, urology, anaesthesiology, otolaryngology, infectious diseases and pulmonology.
Our four ambulances provide emergency aid to the victims of road accidents or acute illnesses.
Each year we hospitalise over 16,000 patients, deliver about 480 babies and carry out 4,000 surgeries.
